Bharati Annual Picnic-2026

Like every year, Bharati members enjoyed our Annual Picnic to Khao Yai on 21–22 February in the full spirit. This year, Saturday, February 21st began on a vibrant and joyful note with a beautifully organized picnic. What unfolded over two days was not just a getaway, but a thoughtfully curated experience filled with camaraderie, laughter, music, and scenic charm.
A Perfect Start
Members gathered bright and early at Big C Rama 4 in Bangkok, where excitement was already in the air. By 8:30 AM, the group set off together, the bus buzzing with conversations, songs, and anticipation. The journey itself became part of the celebration — reconnecting with old friends and welcoming new members into the fold.

The picnic committee handed over a well-curated, cute shoulder bag to each family. The goodie bag contained coffee mugs labelled with name of the family members, caps, mosquito repellants, and sanitizing products for outdoor use. This was a wonderful surprise, admired by all.
We all enjoyed a wonderfully packed Indian breakfast with Koraishuti Kochuri, Aloor dom, Veg cutlet and Bonde on board. We stopped on the way for refreshment, coffee, water, and yes, a lot of photographs!

The next stop was a delightful lunch at the ‘River Curve Restaurant’ and it provided the first opportunity to sit together and enjoy good food amidst picturesque surroundings. All the tables had an elaborate spread of Thai delicacies, both non-vegetarian and vegetarian. The last course was a delicious and sweet fruit platter, bringing a culmination to the lunch. The seamless coordination ensured that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of.
Comfort, Celebration & Community
Upon arrival at Diamond Hill Resort, the check-in process was smooth and efficient — a testament to the meticulous planning of the picnic committee. Rooms were allocated without confusion, and members had time to relax and soak in the serene mountain views.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Live Music & Dinner Party with DJ Sunny. Against the scenic backdrop of Khao Yai, members danced, sang, and celebrated together. From children to seniors, everyone found their rhythm. The joy was infectious, and the atmosphere reflected the strong sense of unity that defines our association.
A Scenic & Flavorful Day Two
Sunday began with a relaxed breakfast at the resort, followed by an organized check-out that once again reflected the efficiency of the committee. The group then proceeded to PB Valley Vineyard & Winery, where members enjoyed a guided winery tour and tasting session. The lush vineyards and rolling hills offered the perfect setting for photographs and shared moments.
Lunch at PB Valley brought the trip to a satisfying culinary close before the return journey to Bangkok. Even on the way back, the bus was filled with laughter, storytelling, and already — discussions about the picnic success party and next picnic!
Appreciation for the Picnic Committee
What made this trip truly special was the meticulous arrangement by the picnic committee. From transportation logistics and accommodation planning to meal coordination, entertainment scheduling, and time management — every detail was carefully considered. The smooth transitions between activities ensured that members could simply relax and enjoy without worry.

Their dedication, foresight, and teamwork transformed a simple outing into a memorable community celebration.
The Khao Yai picnic was more than a trip; it was a reaffirmation of togetherness, culture, and shared joy. As we cherish the memories of these two wonderful days, we eagerly look forward to what the coming year will bring. With such spirit and organization, the future gatherings promise to be even more special.
Here’s to many more journeys together!
